As the press service representative of the regional Ministry of Agriculture told news agency “PenzaNews,” this money will come from the regional budget, as well as gained by investor support, and through loans.

“Moreover, in the current year state support in the amount of 312.1 million rubles is provided for the development of crop production. 212.6 million rubles of this sum is support for one hectare from the federal budget. The entire amount was transferred to agricultural producers. In addition, 93.7 million rubles are allocated for this purpose from the regional budget. These funds were also transferred to the receivers,” the ministry noted.

The ministry representative added that the support to subsidize the interest rate on loans is 280.2 million rubles from the federal budget and 42.9 million rubles from the regional one.

“105.5 million rubles and 33.4 million rubles of these funds respectively have been transferred to agricultural producer,” the press service spokesperson said.
