Penza, 23 September 2014. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev drew the attention of Twitter subscribers on the need to develop the agricultural sector in the region.

According to the head of the region, on the farms with competent managers, milkmaids earn up to 20 thousand rubles, herders — 30 thousand rubles, and for apple collection shift they get 5 thousand rubles.
“While some people sit back and complain about life, others are working and are now getting real profit. We need to develop agriculture,” Vasily Bochkarev explained.
He also reminded that farmers starting their business are eligible for a grant of up to 1,5 million rubles in one activity area.
“A grant for the development of family livestock farm stands of up to 10 million rubles. This is real money for livestock,” the head of the Penza region wrote.
