Penza, 27 October 2014. PenzaNews. The Penza region will open a trade promotion office in Sichuan province of China, said the governor Vasily Bochkarev during his press conference after the official government delegation to the PRC on Monday, October 27.

“We have decided to open an office with its own building, transport to visit the province, and all the tools to contact local businesses and transfer Chinese investors to Penza,” Vasily Bochkarev said.

He clarified that the trade promotion office will employ two staff members with perfect knowledge of both Russian and Chinese languages and mentality quirks.

“We were promised to have these people. The Penza region delegation’s next visit to Sichuan is scheduled for the last half of November,” the head of the region added.
