Penza, 3 November 2014. PenzaNews. The project of the law “On the budget of the Penza region for 2015, and for the planning period of 2016 and 2017” has been introduced to the Legislative Assembly of the region. According to the explanatory notes prepared by the Minister of Finance of the Penza region Lyubov Finogeeva, the document has been prepared with due consideration of the social and economical development forecasts for the region that took into account the budget limitation under the current profit-deficit disparity tendencies.

According to the forecases, the Penza region will collect a total of 39,159.3 mln rubles of profits and 38,981 mln rubles of expenses in 2015, while the reserve fund set up by the regional government will expend 25 mln rubles.

The top limit of the internal national debt for the Penza region at January 1 2016 has been calculated at 19,147.7 mln rubles, with an expected budget profit of 178.3 mln rubles.

For the planning period of 2016-2017, the document makers expect the budget to reach 36,112.8 mln and 37,453.6 mln in profits, and 34,853.8 mln and 36,859 mln in expenses respectively.

According to the expectations, the reserve fund of the Penza region government will expend 25 mln rubles both in 2016 and 2017.

The top limits of the internal national debt for the Penza region has been set at 16,522 mln rubles for January 1 2017, and at 15,594.6 mln for January 1 2018.

The Penza region budget is expected to gain 1,259 mln rubles in 2016 and 594.6 mln in 2017.
