2015-2017 Penza region forecast privatization plan ready

Penza, 12 November 2014. PenzaNews. The forecast privatization plan for the Penza region on the 2015th planning period (years 2016-2017) has been complete and submitted to the Legislative Assembly of the region.

According to the explanatory notes signed by the head of State Property department of the Penza region Fedor Bukhturin, the region will focus its efforts in privatization policy on recycling low-yield state-owned assets, engaging private investments and refilling regional budget profits.
The program lists unitary enterprises, share stocks and partial ownership deeds that will be included in the 2015-2017 privatization line.
In particular, the list includes the state unitary enterprise “Regional gas and energy company” with a staff of 37 workers and 447,862 thousand rubles in assets.
The list also provides for 7,489 shares of JSC “Domostroitel” (19.88% of capital), 307,963 shares of JSC “Publishing house ‘Kuznetsk Worker’” (100%), 26,786,299 shares of JSC “Penza regional agricultural corporation” (100%) and 14,175 units for JSC “Central exhibition hall” (12.85%).
According to the official information available on October 15, 2014, Penza region owns property in five state unitary enterprises in the region, shares in 20 joint stock companies, and participation in 8 limited liability companies.
