Zarechny, 8 December 2014. PenzaNews. Delegation from Zarechny, the Penza region, namely Yuliya Zubova, deputy head of the city administration, and Alexei Batrakov, director of the technology integration cluster, departed to the Chinese province of Sichuan.

As Vladimir Kshumanev, spokesman of Zarechny mayor’s office told PenzaNews agency, the main objectives of the visit is to get acquainted with industrial and agricultural potential of the province and establish business connections.

“Sichuan province has strategic importance in terms of development of defense industry and scientific and technical potential of China, so Zarecheny equipment construction factories are interested in possible cooperation,” the agency interlocutor said.

He added that Zarechny representatives will get acquainted with work cycles of more than 70 companies and get an opportunity to tell their potential partners about Zarechny cluster activities.

“Information on our instrument-making enterprises has been translated into Chinese specifically for that purpose,” Vladimir Kshumanev noted.
