Penza, 12 December 2014. PenzaNews. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has prepared a final rating of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) and expertise quality levels over Russia. The Penza region was included in the group of areas with good RIA development levels and reached the 27th place with 71 points.

“According to the chosen technique, the regions are rated on several parameters, including ‘Legal confirmation and actual experience,’ ‘Procedural and executive assistance,’ ‘RIA in local government bodies and voluntary parameters,’ and ‘Independent evaluation’,” the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Penza region informed PenzaNews agency.

They also explained that the Russian Ministry of Economic Development created the rating using data on RIA implementation in the regions provided by responsible government bodies, as well as information received from regional branches of business rights representation institutions.
