German Gref, president and chairman of the board of directors of Sberbank, who arrived in Penza with a one-day working visit, and Vasily Bochkarev, governor of the Penza region, discussed possible areas of cooperation, as well as issues of the financial institution, on Tuesday, February 3.

As the press service of the regional government told PenzaNews agency, they dwelt upon the issue of preserving Sberbank cash desks in the rural areas of the region.

During the meeting, the movers and shakers also discussed development of the regional economy, ways to attract investment, and support for small and medium enterprises in terms of loan accessibility.

During his official visit to Penza, German Gref, accompanied by the governor Vasily Bochkarev, visited the internal structural subdivisions of Sberbank on Pushkina street and Stroitelei prospekt, as well as the Central city office.
