Penza, 18 February 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region has founded the Committee Against Industry Smuggling.

The functions of the Committee have been assigned to the Department of Industry were placed to the Ministry of Industry, Business Development, Innovation Policy and Information Support in the region.

The staff chief of the Committee is Mikhail Antonov, deputy minister, head of the Department of Industry within the relevant regional ministry.

The commission includes sixteen people: heads of regional departments of the Federal Security Service, the Interior Ministry, Federal Drug Control Service, Federal Tax Service, Rospotrebnadzor, Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control Service, Federal Health Control Service, prosecutor’s office, and other agencies.

The Committee is headed by Vasily Bochkarev, governor of the Penza region.
