Penza, 14 May 2015. PenzaNews. Heads of five enterprises of the Penza region confectionary cluster are currently on a business visit in Turkey.

“The delegation includes heads of Bekovsky Raipischekombinat ‘Oktyabr,’ ‘Kainak,’ confectionary factory ‘Miroslada,’ ‘Russky Konditer’ and ‘Ostrov Izobiliya’,” the chairman of the Penza Confectionary Workers Union Ilya Issakov informed PenzaNews agency on Thursday, May 14.

According to him, the delegation plans to visit confectionary enterprises in Istanbul as well as such well-known factories as Tayas, Elvan Gida, Forma Makina and T-MAK.

On Friday, May 15, the delegation will visit the grand European food fair “AnuFood Eurasia 2015,” Ilya Issakov added.

“In our business mission, we plan to establish business contacts with Turkish confectionary producers and manufacturers of modern equipment, learn more about the trends in Turkish and European confectionary markets, evaluate our potential and set up export channels for Penza products,” said the speaker.

The business trip was organized by the Penza region Center of Cluster Development, he added.
