Penza, 9 June 2015. PenzaNews. Lianbang Corporation, a joint Russian-Chinese enterprise, intends to build a satellite neighborhood in Penza that would stretch over 883 hectares of land, the company’s CEO Victor Vedenin announced during the meeting with Vladimir Volkov, acting first deputy chairman of the regional government, Penza region Minister of Investment Development and Foreign Trade.

“Along with apartment building construction, the investors also spoke of the plans to construct a concrete block factory using the facilities of ‘Otvel’ industrial park in the Bessonovka area, a fish processing factory in the Lopatino area, and other projects,” the press service of the Penza Region Development Corporation told PenzaNews agency on Tuesday, June 9.

The meeting concluded in the signature of several declarations of intent on such projects as ones concerned with erection of a new Penza school, a Sura river bank hotel, and a Chinese restaurant.
