Penza region to receive 158 million rubles for SME support

Penza, 22 June 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region will receive 158 million rubles from the federal budget for the support of small and medium enterprises, the acting deputy chairman of the Penza region government Valery Bespalov told PenzaNews agency during his job visit in Moscow.

According to him, the applications of the region has been approved by the committee of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development during the session on Monday, June 22.
“We sent a total of eight applications for various types of support, ranging from SME loan interest subsidies to production facilities improvement to such [support] type as regional information centers to provide information support for businesses,” the speaker explained.
All applications were approved and supported within the limits set for the Penza region, he added.
“These will be the money that the region will get to later use for certain types of support. This includes projects to create cluster development centers, regional integrated centers and so on,” Valery Bespalov concluded.
