TNS Energo Penza tried to dissolve agreements unilaterally

Penza, 10 July 2015. PenzaNews. The case by the Federal Antimonopoly Service against “TNS Energo Penza” accused of breaking the competition protection law will be reviewed on Thursday, July 16.
The company tried to unilaterally dissolve its agreements with the urban management companies which constituted or could constitute an infringement of interests, the press service of the Penza region FAS department informed PenzaNews agency.
“‘TNS Energo Penza’ is the sole guarantee supplier of electricity in the Penza region. The company sent letters to 53 urban management companies informing them it unilaterally dissolves the agreements of supply of power to the owners of apartment building flats managed by these companies,” they explained.
According to the press service, the agreements are public, and therefore unilateral termination is inapplicable for them under the current law.
