According to the dynamics of the main items in the statement of financial activity, from January to August 2015 compared to the same period in 2014, total revenue increased by 13% to 360.3 million rubles, interest income increased by 12%, and commission income rose by 10 %.

“The bank's assets as of August 1, reached 4.441 million rubles, their growth compared to the same date last year reached 13.6%. The bank's own capital is 550.7 million rubles, the growth — 9.9%. The source of capital growth is the profit of the current year and increase of the share capital,” the press service of the financial institution informed PenzaNews agnecy.

The bank representatives added that since the beginning of the year, enterprises and individuals received loans amounting to more than 3,100.8 million rubles, at the same time as of August 1, the loan portfolio of legal entities, totaled 2,197 million rubles, of individuals — 844.4 million rubles, thus the growth of outstanding loans amounted to 2.8%.

“The quality of the loan portfolio improved, as the share of overdue loans in the loan portfolio of clients has dropped to 5.6% vs. 6.3% in the corresponding period last year,” the press service clarified.

The financial institution noted that the volume of attracted funds as of August 1 amounted to 3,873 million rubles, deposits from population — 2,343 million rubles, with growth of 13.7% and 10.2% respectively compared with the same date last year.

“The capital adequacy standards on August 1, 2015, has undergone a slight change. Index H1.1. amounted to 8.26% with a minimum of 6%, set by the Bank of Russia, H1.2. — 8.26% with a minimum of 5% and H1.0. — 11.18% with a minimum of 10% set by the law “On Insurance of Deposits,” the bank representative explained.

The press service specified that the levels were calculated using the formulas developed by the bank itself.

Bank Kuznetsky was founded as a limited liability company and registered by the Bank of Russia on October 26, 1990, under No. 609. On January 19, 2012, it was transformed into OJSC Bank Kuznetsky.

On January 14, 2005, OJSC Bank Kuznetsky was included into the register of banks that are enrolled in the compulsory deposit insurance system under No. 428. In July 2015, AK&M rating agency confirmed the bank credit rating at “B++” on the national scale with a “stable” outlook.
