Penza, 21 August 2015. PenzaNews. The FAS of the Penza region announced a break in the proceedings against the company “TNS Energo Penza,” which had previously informed a number of city management companies about unilateral contract termination.
The court sitting was held on Thursday, August 20.
“Having studied the materials and evidence submitted, and after hearing the parties, the department commission decided to adjourn the meeting until 16.00 Monday, August 24,” Marina Goryacheva, press secretary of FAS in the Penza region informed PenzaNews agency.
As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the FAS got interested in the unilateral contract dissolution after the company TNS Energo Penza sent corresponting letters to 53 urban management companies. The antimonopoly authority explained that the agreements are public, and therefore unilateral termination is inapplicable for them under the current law.
Criminal proceedings were instituted on violation of law “On Protection of Competition.”
Initially, the case hearing was scheduled for July 16, but then moved to the second half of August.
On August 14, vice mayor Yuri Ilyin suggested that the question of the unilaterally dissolution of contracts between “TNS Energo Penza,” which is the supplier of electricity in the Penza region, and management companies may be sent to court.
