Penza, 1 September 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza company “LSD Plus,” producer of LSD Electronics brand lasertag equipment, has signed a merger agreement with MegaSip holding.
Anna Kapustina, general director of “LSD Plus” told PenzaNews agency that the company will be producing the “LSD Electronics” equipment under the brand “Rutag” after the merger with “MegaSip” as of September 1, 2015.
“Our frequent clients and new buyers will only experience the positive consequences of the change,” the speaker said.
She stressed the fact that the “Rutag” equipment already received the Europe CE quality assurance mark, while the company has been ISO 9001 compliant since 2014.
“The guarantee for ‘Rutag’ brand lasertag equipment has been extended to two years, at the same piece. Traditionally, our equipment is compatible with any other that uses MilesTag II protocol,” Anna Kapustina explained.
Discussing the future production of “LSD Electronics” brand equipment, she said that the top management of the holding decided to abandon the brand due to several issues.
“In particular, recently we have seen a surge of fraudulent ‘LSD Electronics’ equipment produced by certain companies,” the speaker said.
She added that “MegaSip” holding works in various areas, including industrial automation, small-scale construction, security and CCTV systems design and installation, and fence construction.
