Zarechny, 6 September 2015. PenzaNews. The city of Zarechny has formed the working committee on creation of a priority social and economic development territory in the residential area, following the Penza region governmental decree signed by the head of the region Ivan Belozertsev.

The group of nine men is headed by the acting Penza region government chairman Valery Savin.

It also includes the acting first deputy chairman of the regional government and the Penza region Minister of Investment Development and Foreign Trade Vladimir Volkov, and the acting deputy chairman of the regional government Valery Bespalov.

Yulia Zubova, deputy head of Zarechny city administration on economics and finance, was appointed the secretary of the group.

The other members of the committee is Firdus Aliev, head of the project office “Atom-TOR”; Sergei Baidarov, general director of the Protsenko production facility “Start”; Vyacheslav Gladkov, mayor of Zarechny; Alexander Kharichev, head of the regional management department at “Rosatom”; and Alexander Kharichev’s assistant Karen Malkhasyan.
