Penza, 15 September 2015. PenzaNews. The companies of the Penza confectionary cluster are demonstrating their goods at World Food Moscow – 2015 international fair that opened on Monday, September 14, in the Moscow Expocenter on Krasnaya Presnya.

This is the eighth food craft fair attended by the Penza confectionary cluster under a common brand “Penza Confectionary Workers Union,” said Mikhail Lyashkov, general director of the Center for Cluster Development.

“Our booth features the goods of the enterprises ‘Vanyushkiny Sladosti,’ ‘Russky Konditer’ and ‘Rusprodukt’ – marmalade, soufflé sweetmeat, marshmallow, sweet, butter and shortbread biscuits, large and small cakes,” the speaker clarified.

The previous experience shows such exhibitions to be particularly useful for the companies to build experience, Mikhail Lyashkov pointed out.

“Each exhibition nets the companies new distributors and distribution chains, sales contracts, answers to logistics issues, beneficial business contacts. Solving such issues cooperatively in a united cluster is much more effective, as all members pool their resources together and reduce expenses,” he stressed.

The booth of the confectionary cluster, opened under support of the Center for Cluster Development, will stay open until World Food Moscow – 2015 closes on September 17.
