Penza, 12 October 2015. PenzaNews. The working group on implementation of best practices from the national investment climate rating went operational in the Penza region.

Its head is the regional governor Ivan Belozertsev.

Vladimir Volkov, acting first deputy chairman of the regional government and the Penza region Minister of Investment Development and Foreign Trade, will serve as its deputy head, while Valery Mironov, deputy head of Investment Policy and Foreign Trade Coordination at the relevant ministry, will coordinate its activities.

The proposed staff list currently includes 19 persons.

The regional working group was created following the orders of the Russian President Vladimir Putin made during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the Penza region took the sixth place in the rating of Russian regions that are comfortable for businesses in the national investment climate rating.
