Penza, 6 November 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region Ministry of Investment Development and Foreign Trade and the Foreign Affairs Secretariat of the People’s Government for the Chinese province of Anhui have signed a protocol of intentions for cooperation.

Another collaboration agreement was signed between the Penza Region Development Corporation and the Anhui Russian-Chinese Cooperation Assistance Center.

The governments of the Penza region and the Anhui province seek to sign an agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and humanitarian cooperation in the nearest future.

A presentation of investment climate and economic potential of Russian regions was held in Hefei city in Anhui on Thursday, November 5, during a dedicated event.

The Penza region was presented by Sergei Kapralov, Assistant Minister of Investment Development and Foreign Trade.

He described the regional experience of cooperation with Chinese provinces and cities and the currently negotiated plans to implement bilateral projects.

The questions asked after the presentation were concerned with conditions to enter the market, incentives and subsidies for investors, capabilities for industrial parks, priority field s for the regional economy, and the investment project assistance system in the regional government, says the press service of the Penza region Investment Ministry.
