Penza, 14 December 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza company “Termodom” was approved to take part in the program “Housing for Russian Family.”

“At present, we are constructing an apartment building in Sputnik City residential area where flats will be available for program participants on prices under 35,000 rubles per square meter,” the press service of “Termodom” told PenzaNews agency.

“Termodom” will be the second real estate producer to take part in the program “Housing for Russian Family” in the Penza region, the company pointed out.

According to information available on the website of the regional Construction Ministry, the citizens involved in the program will soon be able to enjoy mortgage interest subsidies that are currently in development. The 2016 Penza region budget has allocated 30 million rubles for this objective.

The program “Housing for Russian Family” is a part of the state program “Provision of Affordable and Comfortable Housing and Communal Services to Russian Citizens” following the Russian Government decree of 5 May 2014 and later amendments.

The price of economy-class housing under the program must fall under 80% of the average market price in similar housing in the region, no more than 35,000 rubles per square meter.

The target audience for the program are citizens aged 25-40 in one of the certified categories with permanent jobs and in need of new housing. The joint income of such citizens and their family members living with them must be sufficient for a purchase of economy-class housing, including through mortgages, motherhood payments and other means of state or municipal support.

The goal is to produce 25 million square meters of economy-class housing under such program, no less than 10,000 square meters out of the general housing construction for each project.

The program is available in 2014-2017.

Economy-class housing will be constructed on landplots specifically selected by Russian regional authorities.

The first real estate producer in the Penza region to take part in the program was “Agentstvo Ipotechnovo Kreditovaniya,” with its project of “Chistye Prudy” residential complex in Ramzai village.
