Penza, 21 December 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev thinks that a business registration procedure, including negotiations and acquiring permissions, must become an easy, available and quick process.

“I am proposing to develop and modernize these services using the regional multipurpose social service centers. They are already offering over 200 different services, including more than 60 for legal entities – from banner advertising installation permissions to registration of legal entities as businessmen or farming enterprises,” said the head of the region in his investment address on Monday, December 21.

He also instructed the regional Ministry of Economy to facilitate an agreement between the Penza region multipurpose centers and the Federal Corporation so that the regional centers would be able to provide Corporation services.

“As of 2016, businessmen will be able to use them to consult on ways to apply for state support. I also ask the heads of ministries, state institutions, local municipalities and natural monopolies to submit their proposals on expanding the list of services available through multipurpose centers to the Economy Ministry. This also concerns receiving documents for various subsidies for business. We need to do everything so that a businessman could feel the support and the development interest from the authorities,” said the governor.
