Penza, 20 January 2016. PenzaNews. Denis Manturov, head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, approved Mikhail Torgashin, current Acting Minister of Industry, Business Development, Innovative Policy and Information Support of the Penza region, as the new head of the regional ministry.

During his meeting with the Russian minister in Moscow on Wednesday, January 20, Mikhail Torgashin reported on the development of industrial complex in the Penza region.

In addition, the parties discussed the implementation of cooperation agreement in industry and trade policies between the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade on one side, and the Penza region government on the other side.

Moreover, the officials discussed organization of cooperation to provide state support to industrial enterprises, says the press service of the regional Industry Ministry.
