On 31 December 2015, the overall municipality staff reached 4,472 units, and 182 state servants were cut, she clarified.
According to Marina Zabara, 14 units fell under the cut in Zarechny, 28.5 in the Bashmakovo area, and similar measures were taken in the Gorodische, Kamenka, Neverkino, Spassk and other areas.
Moreover, the deputy minister noted, an increase was noted in Penza and the Bessonovka area – by two and one units respectively.
Based on the announced figures, the head of the region Ivan Belozertsev instructed Larisa Ryabikhina, gubernatorial and regional government staff chief, to analyze the current situation.
According to the governor, regional support must be provided first-hand to the municipalities with cuts, while the heads of municipalities that decided to leave everything as it is or even increase the staff must face economic countermeasures.
The country authorities follow the same cooperation line with Russian constituent territories, only by refusing assistance in settling loans to commercial banks, Ivan Belozertsev added.
