Penza, 3 February 2016. PenzaNews. Sberbank has issued every third mortgage loan in Penza over 2015 under the “State Aid Mortgage” program, while over 4,000 people bought new housing over the year’s 12 months with the aid of the bank.

“As bank experts point out, the state aid program helped significantly improve the mortgage market by increasing demand for newly-built housing. In particular, December 2015 saw 1.3 times more provided loans for newly-built real estate compared to 2014 month-to-month,” the press service of the banking institution informed PenzaNews agency.

Requests for state aid mortgage loans are accepted by February 29, Sberbank clarified.

“Today, we have created all necessary conditions so that clients could complete all mortgage stages in a fast and comfortable manner. In order to complete a loan request, you need to come to any office of our bank, a partnering real estate producer, or real estate agency. Using the dedicated Sberbank mortgage centers, you can submit the property registration documents, use safety deposit boxes, and hold meetings with all parties of your mortgage deal in a convenient meeting room. The Penza mortgage centers are located on Suvorova street, 81, and on Stroiteley prospekt, 122. The mortgage offices are located in Penza on Ternovskovo street, 160B, in Zarechny on Komsomolskaya street, 1A, and in Kuznetsk on Steklovskaya street, 89,” the press service said.

According to Alexei Danilkin, head manager of the Penza branch of Sberbank, an extension to the program submission deadlines is good news for those who decided on buying a flat in a newly-built apartment building.

“That means our clients still have the time to make use of the program and get a loan at a reduced interest rate,” he added.
