Penza, 22 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city municipal enterprises must strictly adhere to requirements in place by facilitating maximally effective distribution of available funds and timely paying taxes, said the Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev.

During the city hall meeting held on Monday, March 21, after hearing a report by the city hall financial department head Olga Zavyalkina about the dynamics of tax and non-tax incomes, Victor Kuvaytsev pointed out that the fiscal discipline demonstrated by certain enterprises leaves much to be desired.

As an example, he mentioned “Penzalift” where the top management, in his opinion, is not confident and experienced enough in managing spending of the enterprise.

According to Victor Kuvaytsev, such actions are unacceptable, particularly as the enterprise receives subsidies from the city budget.

He instructed to analyze the reasons behind this situation and rectify it, says the press service of the Penza city hall.
