2nd regional crisis response technologies conference opens in Penza

Penza, 22 March 2016. PenzaNews. The second regional conference “Crisis Response Technologies 2016-2017. Russian Business: Survival Chronicle Or Growth Spurts?!” went underway at the Penza restaurant hall “Frau Gross” in the shopping center “Berlin” on Tuesday, March 22.

The event is organized by the research and practical assistance center “Maximum.”
In a presentation of the event agenda, the conference moderator Albert Tyurin pointed out that, being a citizen of Saratov, he greaty envies the people in Penza who can regularly participate in such useful and important business conferences.
“I am outright proud of knowing and cooperating with ‘Maximum’,” he noted.
The first to speak at the event was the Ural farmer Vasily Melnichenko, one of the media-famous personalities in the modern Russian agriculture, who dedicated his report, “New Village – New Economy,” to the know-how of multicommodity economy in Russian villages.
According to the agenda, he will be followed by Inga Orlova, managerial consultant, certified business coach, author of “Staff of Gold. How To Increase Effectiveness Of Our Personnel,” co-author of “Retail Jewelry. Practical Tools,” writer of over 20 articles on sales, service and staff management, creator of 10 video seminars, will be telling the audience about the principles and risks of “cruel management” paradigm.
A coffee break is scheduled afterwards.
Following that, Jan Krückemeyer, industry magnate, owner of Reinhard Krueckemeyer GmbH & Co, a family business in abrasive materials, will give a teleconference speech (thanks to technical partnership with Rostelecom) on principles of innovative management implemented in his company.
After the speech, the conference participants will be able to enjoy drinks and buffet.
The short break will transition into a speech by Dmitry Potapenko, managing partner of Management Development Group Inc., general manager of “Pyaterochka” and “Karusel” retail store chains, sales and marketing VP for Grundig GmbH, who will share his experience in risk management in a report titled “How To Make Business As Profitable As Possible.”
The event will conclude with a public dialogue with renown business-makers. In particular, the participants plan to discuss the current growth trends in economy and industry fields, the devaluation, and the nuances of making business abroad.
The official closing ceremony is scheduled to take place at 17.30.
