Penza technoparks companies produce 1.2 billion rubles worth of goods

Penza, 5 April 2016. PenzaNews. The companies based in the Penza region technoparks produced 1.2 billion rubles worth of goods in 2015, announced the governor Ivan Belozertsev in his report at the 34th regular session of the regional Legislative Assembly on Tuesday, April 5.

“They paid 130 million rubles of tax and insurance fees,” he added.

According to the head of the region, there are currently 43 companies based in the technoparks.

“They created 680 new jobs over the covered period, which is 45% more than in 2014. […] The Penza region was placed in the top 10 of the rating compiled by the Russian Innovative Regions Association,” Ivan Belozertsev stressed.
