Penza, 5 April 2016. PenzaNews. The deputy head of Penza city administration Andrei Schevchenko has visited the lasertag equipment producer LSD-Plus with a general inspection.

“Lasertag is a realistic game, but we are using infrared beams instead of bullets, which helps to avoid any injuries,” the project lead Alexei Glukhov explained to the official.

The vice mayor learned that there are only three main lasertag equipment producers in Russia, while the Penza company releases over 40 types of lasertag weapons and exports them to Romania, Germany, Belarus, Spain, Mexico and the United Kingdom.

Andrei Schevchenko asked about the use of 300,000 rubles of the grant money provided to LSD-Plus from the regional budget in 2013.

According to the company general director Anna Kapustina, the aforementioned funds were used to implement the business plan on development and production of dedicated elements for the used equipment – a high-frequency generator and a Lukey soldering repair station.

Moreover, Andrei Schevchenko also visited the production zone of the company.

The Penza region officials are conducting such visits as part of their SME support measures, the press service of the Penza city administration informed PenzaNews.
