Penza, 21 April 2016. PenzaNews. The number of users of Sberbank E-Invoicing servce has exceeded 1,500 clients, with more than 350 reginal organizations subscribing for the service in Q1 2016 alone.

According to the businessmen, e-invoicing helps them optimize their business processes and improve business-making.

The most popular advantages of e-invoicing is fast document transfer speed, reduction of errors and ease of correction, reduced paper storage expenses, document integrity and security, agent relations control, and an extensive range of analysis tools.

Moreover, Sberbank itself actively uses e-invoicing in its internal activities.

In particular, during the Sochi-2015 international investment forum, Sberbank signed its firs e-agreements using electronic signatures. In addition, in 2015, the bank switched some of its fields of agent work on to e-invoicing.

“Sberbank is developing and launching innovative solutions that help make doing business more comfortable. In April 2016, we are launching a full cycle of e-loan tools for medium and large businesses,” noted Victor Mironov, assistant manager for the Penza branch of Sberbank.
