Penza, 31 May 2016. PenzaNews. Andrei Luzgin, acting deputy chairman of the Penza region government, regional Minister of Investment Development and Foreign Trade, took part in the 2nd Russian-Chinese Small and Medium Business Forum in Sochi on Tuesday, May 31, as part of the section “Russian-Chinese Partnership in Environment-Friendly Agriculture.”

“Andrei Luzgin presented the investment potential of the Penza region to the section participants, described the projects implemented by Chinese companies in the region, and briefed them on the agricultural priorities of the region that can be beneficial for the Chinese guests of the forum,” the press service of the Penza region Economy Ministry informed PenzaNews.

The forum, which began on Monday, May 30, is scheduled to last for two days.

The event seeks to develop the current permanent direct contact platform between RUssian and Chinese businesses and business environment organizations. It places great emphasis on discussing practical tools and mechanisms of influencing the situation and presentations of investment projects.
