Minimal living wage reaches 8,522 rubles in Penza region
Penza, 5 August 2016. PenzaNews. The average minimal living wage in the Penza region reached 8,522 rubles in Q2 2016.

According to the addendum to the Penza region government decree signed by the governor Ivan Belozertsev, the minimal living wage is set at 9,151 rubles for working age adults, 7,003 rubles for pensioners, and 8,960 rubles for children.
At the same time, the average cost of the consumer goods basket in the region reached 7,949 rubles.
On the average, regional citizens spend every month 3,842 rubles on food, 2,042 on non-consumable goods, and 2,065 rubles on various services.
Also, they spend an average of 573 rubles per month on obligatory bills.
