Penza, 21 August 2016. PenzaNews. The standard of competition development in the regions of Russia, approved by the Russian government as of September 5, 2015, will be implemented in the Penza region. The corresponding decree was signed by Governor Ivan Belozertsev.

According to the document, the executive authorities and local self-government of the Penza region are recommended to use the standard in carrying out activities to promote competition.

Execution control is assigned to the deputy chairman of the government of the Penza region, coordinating the issues of socio-economic development.

The standard is designed to establish a systematic and uniform approach to the creation of a region-specific conditions for the development of competition between economic entities in the sectors of the economy, promoting a transparent system of government work, the creation of incentives to support small and medium-sized businesses.
