Penza, 27 August 2016. PenzaNews. Penza Mayor Victor Kuvaytsev went on a business trip to Saratov, where it is planned to sign an agreement on economic and cultural cooperation between the two cities.

As the press service of the mayor's office told PenzaNews, according to the agreement, the two parties will expand existing and establish new partnerships under the terms of openness and exchange of information and experience.

“In addition, the heads of administration will assist in the expansion of existing and establishment of new economic relations between Saratov and Penza giving priorities to the development of the dialogue system when implementing joint economic projects and social programs,” the Penza administration added.
