Information about the industrial and agricultural enterprises operating on the territory of the Penza region was sent to Russian trade representations abroad to organize work on finding potential partners and investors. This was announced by Governor Ivan Belozertsev during a meeting with heads of regional and local media on Wednesday, August 31.

According to him, much has been done to bring together all the information that may be useful for foreign businesses.
Talking about attracting investors to the region, Ivan Belozertsev noted that this process is difficult, but the problem is being solved systematically.

“This is a difficult process, but I understand that we need to do this [involve investments], sparing no money, traveling abroad with business missions,” the head of the region said.

Among the measures implemented to attract investment in the Penza region, Ivan Belozertsev told about the regional law of the zero tax rate for new businesses.

“It is valid for two years already. We plan to analyze its effectiveness in the end of the year, and make a decision on the necessity of adjustments,” the governor said.
