Penza, 16 September 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region is listed among the 31 regions of Russia with high quality regional financial management. These are the results of the rating 2015, compiled by the Ministry of Finance.

According to the federal agency, in 2014 the high quality of the regional finance management was noted in 22 regions, in 2013 — in 23 regions of the federation.

As the Ministry of Finance of the Penza region told PenzaNews, the first time the 1st degree of quality was assigned to the region at the end of 2014.

“The assessment is based on the budgetary planning of the quality indicators, budget execution, financial relationship with municipalities, state property management, provision of public services, transparency of the budget process, implementation of the May presidential decree,” the department noted.
