Penza, 30 September 2016. PenzaNews. Governor Ivan Belozertsev headed the Penza regional delegation at the International Investment Forum “Sochi-2016,” which opened on Friday, September 30.

The region is represented by the deputy chairman of the regional government Valeri Bespalov, region's minister of economy Sergei Kapralov, CEO of “Development Corporation of the Penza region” JSC Sergei Shelementiev, and CEO of “Penza plant of precision instruments” JSC Dmitry Akimov.

The Penza delegation will attend panel discussions and round-tables of the forum, as well as a plenary session on the topic “New quality of public administration: Projects for growth, projects for life,” where Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is expected to speak up.

In addition, Ivan Belozertsev plans to participate in the discussion of key issues of socio-economic development of the country and the regions of the federation, project management in the system of state power and attraction of investments, the press service of the government of the Penza region informs.
