Penza, 30 September 2016. PenzaNews. The Accounts Chamber of the Penza region will conduct an additional examination of bills of financial and economic bloc. Corresponding changes were made to the individual regional laws during the 38 th regular session of the regional Legislative Assembly on Friday, September 30.

So far, the legislation of the Penza region of the order of the financial and economic expertise of normative legal acts in the public sector and the expertise of state programs has not been determined.

As the press service of the Legislative Assembly told PenzaNews, now drafts of regional laws providing for the establishment or modification of expenditure commitments of the Penza region will be forwarded to the Accounts Chamber before entering the regional parliament.

Thus, the draft laws introducing new spending obligations of the budget will be considered by relevant committees only after the conclusion of the Accounting Chamber.
