According to Ivan Belozertsev, a number of specific tasks on establishment of business contacts are planned to be performed during the visit to China.

However, he urged the subordinates to think of other benefits each department can gain during this visit.

“We must organize the work of the government so that when we plan to visit other countries each minister thinks of what they want to see in Germany, France. And in order to plan this, we should understand what is important to us, what strategy of the Penza region development is,” the governor stressed.
