The head of the region noted that implementation of the brick construction project has been delayed.
“We have the land, the construction site was designated. We also develop this site; all the issues relating to utilities are being resolved. We are waiting for your efforts,” he said addressing to Cahit Ozgur.
Ivan Belozertsev added that investors from other countries repeatedly expressed their desire to occupy the site.
“But given that we have an agreement, there is understanding that you will build a plant, there are such intentions, of course I refuse them, and I would very much like this project to be realized,” the governor explained.
In turn, Cahit Ozgur thanked Ivan Belozertsev for the support and said that in the afternoon the company representatives plan to meet with Sberbank management to discuss details of a loan for the plant construction.
“In March-April we will strenuously begin the construction. By that time, we won’t have any problems with visas. At the moment, we have two trucks on their way here; they should arrive any day now. […] This is primarily done to make sure that crossing the border is fine, and to check how customs authorities work,” Cemil Ozrug Director General noted.
He said that the company will actively start working as soon as they get visas and work permit.
