Penza, 22 October 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region Minister of Economy Sergei Kapralov will take part in the XV All-Russian Forum “Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia,” which will be held in Saint Petersburg.

The event will take place on October 24-25.

It is expected that within the frameworks of the event Sergei Kapralov will attend roundtables “Strategies of the constituent entities of Russia: best practices and guidelines” and “Cooperation of regions and municipalities in strategic planning,” the press service of the regional Ministry of Economy reports.
