“Since the publication of the Criminal Code of Russia, its volume has increased by 2.3 times, the Code of Administrative Offences – by 2.7 times,” he said.

Yakov Mirkin said that the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the previous convocation, at last count, adopted more than 2 thousand laws.
