Penza, 26 October 2016. PenzaNews. The sixth annual forum “Business Development,” organized by the center of research and practice support “Maximum” began its work at the premises of the restaurant hall “Frau Gross” in Penza on Wednesday morning, October 26.

This year, the theme of the event is “Regional business in search of recourses for growth.”

Natalia Antonova, director of the “Maximum” center, thanked the audience for their proactive attitude and constant search for opportunities for growth.

“The main goal of the forum is to create a platform where you will be able to find recourses and opportunities, as well as a place and space for communication, which brings results,” she said.

Natalia Antonova expressed hope that the forum’s participants will be able to learn how to improve personal efficiency of a manager and how to work with a team by increasing managerial efficiency.

“There will be a huge economic block where we will be able to learn about global and federal trends, and at the final discussion we’ll learn how to apply them at the regional level,” the director of the ‘Maximum” center said noting that “Business Development” does not give its participants “a magic pill,” therefore the results of the discussion directly depends on their readiness to interact.

The event was opened by the lecture of the Doctor of Economic Science, leading economist of “Stolypin Club” Yakov Mirkin “Ways of development in stormy economy.”

In his speech he talked about the current situation in the economy, levers of keeping it floating and opportunities for development.

It is expected that the businessman Dmitry Potapenko will give a speech at the event, he will offer to look at the crisis as a resource for not only surviving in difficult conditions but showing growth as well. He will speak of how to optimize and scale the business, what to invest in and how to evaluate the effectiveness of investments.

Vyacheslav Moskovsky, expert in assessing human potential and managerial effectiveness, will hold a master-class “Personal and managerial efficiency of the company’s head: how to identify and develop.” He will give great attention to self-motivation issues.

Another expert of the forum will be the Director General of online accountancy “My business” Sergei Panov who will speak about setting up effective work with outsourcing. He will explain how to properly choose a provider and what criteria evaluate them by.

The program of the event includes the round table “Regional business resources: where to search and how to develop?” and the discussion “Place of the Russian regional business in the economy of the country and the world: opportunities and constraints,” which all the forum participants will be able to join.
