Penza, 15 November 2016. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev gave an order to find out the reasons, why some local enterprises and organizations registered their business in other regions of the Russian Federation.

“They work here but register their business in neighbouring regions to avoid monitoring of their financial and business activity. As a result, the Penza budget doesn’t get enough taxes, that is sufficient money for the social sphere development. issue should be dealt with,” the head of the region said.

Ivan Belozertsev urged to take measures to make such enterprises work in the Penza region on legal terms.

“Meet chief executives, investigate the reasons of leaving the Penza region jurisdiction, suggest activity legalization and continuing work in our region,” the press service of the regional government cites the governor.
