Penza, 17 November 2016. PenzaNews. Individuals and organizations will have a chance to buy land that is owned by the central or local goevernment at reduced price in the Penza region. This was said by the acting head of the Department of State Property of the Penza region Dmitry Busov.

He reminded that since June 2016 till now land was purchased for full cadastral value.

“Land price in Penza used to be 20% of the land tax rate per unit of area, in other regions – 10%. […] The governor [of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev] ordered to bring back the previous tariffs until May 1 [2017]. Up until May 1, all individuals and organizations who want to buy land will be able to do it at reduced price,” the interlocutor explained.

According to him, the corresponding normative act will be signed before December.

Dmitry Busov added that starting from May 1 land will be sold for full cadastral value.
