Penza, 7 December 2016. PenzaNews. The protocol of intent on collaboration between the Penza government, LLC “Titanmed” and Shanghai Bojin Medical Instrument Co., Ltd was signed on Wednesday, December 7.

The document was signed by the governor Ivan Belozertsev, the general director of LLC “Titanmed” Andrei Zhupikov and the head of Shanghai Bojin Medical Instrument Co., Ltd Wang Siqiong.

Greeting the Chinese partners, Ivan Belozertsev emphasized that the meeting in Penza became possible thanks to the work that was done by both parties during the Penza delegation visit to China in November.

“We are still full of impressions after the trip to China, where productive negotiations were conducted during several days,” the governor said.

According to him, the regional government is interested in the organization of a joint enterprise and is ready to create favourable conditions for the investor.

In his turn, Wang Siqiong asked Ivan Belozertsev about legal support.

“We know how to manufacture and how to sell goods, and we are seriously interested not only in the Russian market but also in the location of the production in this territory,” he noted.

Ivan Belozertsev expressed his intention to supervise the project that presupposes creation of the Chinese-Russian enterprise, which will produce medical power equipment, the press service of the regional government informs.
