Penza, 9 December 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region belongs to the regions of the category 3B1 “Low potential – moderate risk” in the rating of investment attractiveness of the regions created by the agency “Expert RA”.

At the same time, the Penza region showed the positive dynamics at the risks rating getting 4 positions up – to the 19th place.

The representatives of the economic, investment and bank communities, who took part in the rating creation, noted the decrease of financial, criminal and management risks when carrying out projects at the region territory.

According to the parameter “Investment potential”, the Penza region went down from the 44th to the 45th place.

The region managed to increase the rates of the consumer, the financial, the institutional, and the investment potential. At the same time, slight lowering of positions is observed in the industrial, the natural resource, and the tourism blocks of the rating.
