Penza, 16 December 2016. PenzaNews. The allotment equal to 475 million rubles was included in the Penza region budget for 2017 and the planning period of 2018-2019 for the construction of the perinatal centre in the territory of the Burdenko Penza regional hospital. This was reported by the Minister of Finance of the Penza region Lyubov Finogeeva at the 40th regular session of the regional parliament, which took place on Friday, December 16.

“In order to provide co-financing of single federal budget transfers from the regional budget, we increased the allotment for certain areas. The allotment for construction completion and reconstruction of transient objects was included […]. These are the perinatal centre – 475 milliom rubles; and the training centre of the ‘Zenit’ sports complex – 30 million rubles,” she specified.
