Penza, 21 December 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza budget income plan for 2017 amounts to 9.5 billion rubles. This was reported by the head of the city administration Victor Kuvaytsev during his report on preliminary results of the social and economic development of Penza, which took place in the grand hall of the mayor’s office on Wednesday, December 21.

“The budget plan for tax and non-tax income for the next year will amount to 4,66 billion rubles, which is 279.4 million rubles more than the plan for 2016,” he said.

According to Victor Kuvaytsev, budget expenditures for 2017 will amount to 9.7 billion rubles.

“Making the budget expenditures plan the following priorities were taken into account: ensuring of the expenditure commitments established in accordance with legislation; carrying out the May orders of the President of Russia regarding payments to some categories of the budget sphere workers; residents resettlement from dilapidated housing,” he noted.

Victor Kuvaytsev emphasized the fact that the Penza budget for 2017 still remains socially oriented.

“The ratio of the expenditures for maintenance and development of the social and cultural spheres within the total volume of expenditures is 71.2%, and in 2016, for example, it was 65.6%,” he said.
