During negotiations with the factory owners, he noted that at present, the enterprise produces 180 types of medicine and it is not the limit.
“Ampoules, ointments, pills, capsules, invasive solutions, and suppositories produced at our factory are highly demanded at the pharmaceutical market and exported to Commonwealth of Independent States, Baltic states, Western Europe and Asia. I am sure that with the help of the Indian partners, the company will broaden geography of export and the variety of the manufactured products, and will be able to develop more dynamically,” the press service of the Penza region government quotes the head of the region.
As it was reported earlier, on November 23, 2016, “Sun Pharma” informed that its wholly owned subsidiary signed the agreement on acquisition of 85.1% of the JSC “Biosintez” for 23 million US dollars. “Sun Pharma” also took the responsibility of the company’s liabilities that amounted to 32 million US dollars.
